📝 Motor User Guide

01.

Oil temperature: normal working oil temperature of 20°C ~ 60°C, max system operating temperature 90°C (not exceeding 1 hour).

02.

Filter & Cleanliness: 10-30 microns filter accuracy. Recommended magnetic block at tank bottom. Solid pollution level ≤ 19/16.

03.

Oil viscosity: Kinematic viscosity at 40°C should be 42-74MM²/S. Select based on work and ambient temperature.

04.

Connection: Motors can be used in series or parallel. If back pressure > 10MPA at low speed, use the oil drain port directly to the tank.

05.

Output shafts on BMS, BMSY, BMT, BMV, BMK6 series can withstand large shaft and radial loads.

06.

Optimal conditions: Select working range at 1/3-2/3 of the rated working condition.

07.

Longevity: Run at 30% rated pressure for 1 hour when first loading. Ensure motor is full of oil before use.
