How to select a suitable motor or gearbox?
If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or you have detailed specifications, such as voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode, needed lifetime and noise level etc, please let us know, then we can recommend a suitable motor per your request.
Do you have a customized service for standard motors?
Yes, we can customize voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, capacitors or EMC, we can provide that as well.
Do you offer individual design services for motors?
Yes, we design motors individually for customers. However, some molds may need to be developed which might involve specific design and development costs.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Generally, our regular standard products require 15-30 days, with a slightly longer period for customized products. We are flexible and it depends on specific order requirements.
What quality certifications do your products hold?
Our products are manufactured under strict quality control systems and hold various international certifications including ISO9001, CCC, and CE to ensure reliable performance.
What kind of packaging is used for international transport?
We use standard export carton packing to ensure all motors and gearboxes are well-protected during transit. Large orders can be palletized for additional security.
