What is the material used for the gears?
The motor gears are made of high-quality metal. Other materials are available upon request based on your specific application needs.
What does the rated torque mean in practical use?
Torque represents the load capacity. For example, a 12V 12rpm motor with 70kg.cm torque can load 70kg at 1cm diameter. If the load diameter is 10cm, the capacity becomes 7kg. Do not exceed the rated load to avoid gear wear.
How can I change the rotation direction or speed?
To change direction, simply reverse the wiring polarity. To adjust speed from 0-100%, you can use a compatible speed controller.
What is the "Self-locking" feature?
Self-locking means that when the power is off, the motor maintains a locking torque and cannot be easily moved by external forces. This is ideal for security applications like anti-theft sliding doors.
What happens if I connect the wrong voltage?
